2004-Present
“My Tribe”, an
ongoing
series of life size cows started in 2004 is an exploration of
the many
layers of resonance between subject and process. The
sustained physical effort implied by metalworking is a mean to
recognize
and investigate the sequels of my upbringing on my production of art: I
was raised protestant in a dairy
farm where hard work is associated with virtues.
"My Tribe III", Transhumance,
commissionned in 2006, started
walking up the hill in Nyon, Switzerland in June
